When Are You Open?
Our summer season is from May 1 until October 31. We are also open for winter camping November 1 to March 30. There is no water available to the sites during the winter season. Please call for availability and details outside of the core May 1-October 31 season.
Do You Offer Discounts?
We offer discounts for longer stays. Guests generally get one day free if they book for 7 days or 20% off if they book for a month. These discounts are built into our website reservation system so if you book online you automatically receive these discounts.
Do You Have Seasonal Sites?
Yes. Please see the Seasonal Rates section on our website for more details or call/email.
When Are Check-In/Check-Out Times?
RV & tent sites have a check-in time of 3pm and a check-out time of 12pm. All rental units (trailers and cabins) have a check-in of 3pm and a check-out of 11am.
What Is The Minimum Age For Guests To Book?
All primary reservation holders must be 21 years of age or older.
What Hook-Ups Are Provided?
We have a variety of RV hookup options from 15A + water to 30A + water to 30A + water + sewer.
How Many People Per Site?
Maximum 6 guests (4 adults) per site, unless it is a single family of parents (2) and their dependent children living at the same address.
What Is The Maximum RV Length?
We are big-rig friendly. Our largest pull-thru sites are over 60 feet in length and our back-in sewer sites are 50-60 feet long. Our website has photos and descriptions, including site length, for all our sites.
How Many Tents Are Allowed Per Site?
All RV sites are allowed one tent at an extra cost of $15+HST/day. Tent sites are allowed one tent and a second may be added for $15+HST/day. Premium tent sites are allowed two tents plus a third tent for $15+HST per day.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require 100% payment upfront to make a reservation. Guests staying for less than 7 days may cancel up to 7 days before the date of arrival and only pay a $25 cancellation fee. Guests staying longer than 7 days would pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the total value of their reservation if cancelled 7 days or more before the date of arrival. Cancellations under 7 days from arrival receive no refund.
How Far Are You From Downtown London?
We are just 18 minutes to downtown London without traffic.
Do You Allow Wood Burning Fires?
Yes we do, but all wood must be purchased at the park store as the Province of Ontario bans the transportation of firewood between locations. All sites include a firepit.
Do You Sell Propane?
We are not licensed to sell propane. There is a Husky/Esso station 5 minutes from the park that offers propane refills.
Do You Sell Alcohol?
We are not licensed to sell alcohol. Numerous options for alcohol purchases are 5-10 minutes from the park.
Are There Near-By Grocery Stores?
There are dozens of grocery stores under 30 minutes from the park, including a Walmart 12 minutes away.
Do You Have On-Site Laundry?
Yes, we have 3 on-site washers and dryers. We charge C$3.00 per load (wash or dry).
Do You Have On-Site Bathrooms/Showers?
Yes, we have washrooms and showers that are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our facilities are cleaned daily.
Are Pets Allowed?
Yes! We are very pet friendly. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Dogs are not allowed in any of our rental trailers.
Do You Have Quiet Hours?
Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am and are strictly enforced. Nothing above a quiet conversation is allowed during quiet hours.
Are Generators Allowed?
We do not allow the use of generators unless there is a power outage affecting the entire park.
Do You Have Wi-Fi?
We have Wi-Fi but we can not guarantee it reaches all sites, just in the area immediately surrounding the park store. Wi-Fi is free for all guests.
How Is Cell Phone Reception?
All three major Canadian wireless carriers (Bell ,Telus & Rogers) cover our park and provide reception good enough to complete video calls.
When Is The Pool and Hot Tub Open?
The indoor, heated pool and hot tub are generally open from May long weekend (roughly the third week in May) until Canadian Thanksgiving (middle of October). The pool will close during lightning storms.
Do You Run Events & Activities?
We run numerous events and activities including bingo, karaoke, wagon rides, inflatable slides, live music and arts & crafts. We also have dozens of free-to-borrow games, a playground, volleyball net and large play field. Please view our homepage for a list of the current month's events and activities.
